Shipping
Vanilla Orchid Boutique ships all orders for a flat rate of $8. All orders over $150 ship for FREE!

VOB ships all items within 3 business days after purchase.

Returns
You have 7 calendar days upon receiving the product to return for store credit. If past 7 days, no refund will be given.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags intact, and in the same condition that you received it. This will be up to the discretion of Vanilla Orchid Boutique. Also, you will be responsible for the return shipping of your product. Since we are a Boutique with limited inventory, we can not guarantee to exchange for like items. Therefore, we will do store credit of cost less shipping.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All sales of jewelry, discounted items, gift cards, and anything classified under “Fun” or “Accessories” are final.
To complete your return of cash sales, you have 7 calendar days upon receiving the product for a refund of store credit.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account with Vanilla Orchid Boutique.

Shipping
To return your product, mail to: Vanilla Orchid Boutique, 104 East Grand Ave., Jasper MO 64755, United States. If item is purchased in store please return to our in-store location (( 104 E Grand Ave. Jasper , MO. 64755))

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
